Lock-n-Load: Precision Self-Centering Inserts



Lock-n-Load® Inserts make the job of installing inserts quick and easy! Now within seconds, you can install, index and lock your inserts in place without glue.

Precision, self-centering design improves concentricity by aligning to the center of the shaft resulting in better overall flight accuracy and arrow to arrow consistency.

Simple locking mechanism allows the archer to remove the inserts if needed.

Lock-n-Load 165 Hybrid Outsert

The Lock-n-Load 165 Hybrid Outsert is designed for micro diameter arrow shatfs (.165 ID). The Lock-n-Load 165 showcases our new wedge-style gripping mechanism. It is called a Hybrid Outsert because of its unique design of gripping the inside and outside of the arrow shaft - without glue. It's the best of both styles - insert and outsert! Lock-n-Load Inserts

Lock-n-Load 204 Half-Out Insert

The Lock-n-Load 204 Half-Out Inserts are designed for slim arrows such as the Easton FMJ (.204 ID). The Lock-n-Load 204 features our four-flange style gripping mechanism which produces a tight fit at a lower weight and cost than the wedge style. Like the Lock-n-Load 165, the 204 grips the inside sidewall of the arrow shaft - without glue, with a shorter portion extending out to accept standard 8-32 threaded broadheads and points.

Lock-n-Load 233 Insert

The Lock-n-Load 233 Inserts are designed for carbon arrows (.233 ID). The Lock-n-Load 233 features our four-flange style gripping mechanism, containing virtually the entire insert inside the shaft, produces our lightest weight inserts (just 17 grains). The Lock-n-Load 233 Insert grips the inside sidewall of the arrow shaft - without glue. Like all Lock-n-Loads it accepts a standard 8-32 threaded broadhead.

Lock-n-Load 244 Insert

The Lock-n-Load 244 Inserts are designed for standard carbon arrows (.244-.246 ID). The Lock-n-Load 244 features our four-flange style gripping mechanism, containing virtually the entire insert inside the shaft, produces our lightest weight inserts (just 18 grains). The Lock-n-Load 244 Insert grips the inside sidewall of the arrow shaft - without glue. Like all Lock-n-Loads it accepts a standard 8-32 threaded broadhead.

Lock-n-Load 300 Insert

The Lock-n-Load 300 Inserts are designed for standard crossbow shafts (.300 ID). The Lock-n-Load 300 features our four-flange style gripping mechanism with an aggressive knurling for an extremely tight fit. The Lock-n-Load 300 is available in both 92 grain or 112 grain and both accept an 8-32 threaded broadhead.
